Sunday June 8, 2008

Last night, we ran at our home track Cowtown Speedway, in Kennedale, Texas.

We hadn't run there since the wreck, when we raced with the ASCS Sooner Region, and hit the tire head
on.

So the whole team, was ready to have a great run.

We drew a high pill, a 47!  But we got lucky, and lots of people drew higher. We started 2nd row outside in
the first heat. We were fast, but couldn't quite get a good enough run to pass on the bottom. We finished
4th and that put us starting in the A main, 4th row inside.

The track was tacky and fast. We ran 6th the majority of the race, but got passed with only a few laps to go
and finished 7th. We had a great, successful night, and we got to load the car on all four wheels, with both
wings attached which was good also!

Friday and Saturday June 13 & 14 we will be running with the ASCS Sooner Region, at State Fair
Speedway and Lawton Speedway in Oklahoma. We are hoping for another great weekend!
