Kat's Korner: May 9, 2007
April 26, and 27-
We raced in Texarkana on Friday night. Unfortunately we did not make the show
due to mechanical problems caused by an accident in the heat race.
On Saturday, we made our way up to Arkansas. Around noon a bunch of the crews
met at a local Wal-Mart and worked on our cars and signed autographs. As for my
crew and I we met some great fans. And took quite a few pictures by the car.
Hopefully we will get those up soon.
Saturday night, we raced at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, AR. The car and the
track were both really fast, and smooth. But again, due to an accident in the
heat race, we did not make the show.
Not the best "on track" weekend, but we met some amazing fans!
Last weekend May 4th and 5th we did not race. My car owners (Mike and Tracy
Minter) took a vacation.
This weekend we will not be racing on Friday night. It is my 6 year old sister
(Grace's) kindergarten graduation and I will be attending that. But we do hope
to be at Devils Bowl in Dallas, TX on Saturday night.
