Kat's Korner: April 17, 2007
Well last weekend our plans were to run in Beaumont on Friday and then in
Baytown on Saturday.
Friday night we raced at Motorama as scheduled. There were about 35 cars there,
and I had never been to that track.
It was definitely a learning experience, I will have to get used to learning how
to drive on new tracks with only a few hot laps.
We had an excellent interview with the track announcer, and met some great fans.
I would like to thank everyone for all of the support that we had on Friday.
On Saturday night however, we had a rain out. I was really looking forward to
seeing the changes at Houston Raceway Park, so I can't wait until the next time
we race there!
This weekend (4.14.07) I raced at Cowtown Speedway with the ASCS guys.
We had an amazing run, starting 3rd row inside, and finishing third. Which put
us into the A main.
This was the first time that we have ever gotten into an A main without having
to run the B qualifier first.
In the end we finished 14th in the A feature.
Overall we had an awesome weekend!
This Saturday we will be racing at Devil's Bowl speedway, with the Super
Sprints!

support these past two weekends!
