Kat's Korner: April 2, 2007
Well, the races in Haughton, LA got rained out this weekend, so we raced at Cowtown Speedway, in Fort
Worth, TX.
We started on the inside of the 2nd row, and finished in 3rd.
Not too bad considering that was the first time that car (the back up car) had been on the track.
In the feature we started on the inside of the 3rd row, on lap one i was in 5th place when a red came out.
After the restart we ran a few more laps, then a front shock broke, and i pulled off.
In the end, I finished in 8th place.
We had a great weekend overall, got seat time, and met some great fans!
Next weekend we will be racing at Motorama in Beaumont, TX and at Houston Raceway Park in Baytown,
TX in the ASCS Gulf South Region season opener.
