Friday March 21
On Friday, the team traveled to Oklahoma to the State Fair Grounds for an ASCoT race.
This was our second time to run at this track. There was about 52 cars at the race.
There were also 'big dogs' from the WoO tour including Danny Lasoski, Sam Hafertepe Jr, Daryn Pittman
and a few others.
We were anxious to get out on the track & see how we could do. Throughout the night we got
faster&faster. With a 9th place finish in our heat, and a 10th place finish in our B main.
Saturday March 22
On Saturday night however we did much better.
The car felt great in hot laps. And we were ready to go when the heat race came around. Though the track
had changed quite a bit before the heat we still came out with a 6th place finish in the heat race and an 8th
place finish in the B main.
We learned a lot over the weekend and got a lot faster.
On Friday the 28 we will not be running anywhere. Friday is the evening of my National Honors Society
Inductions. On Saturday we will be running a weekly night show at Cowtown Speedway in Kennedale,
Texas. Hope to see everyone out there!
