FRIDAY FEBRUARY 29,2008
This past Friday we raced at Motorama Speedway in Beaumont, Texas.
It was our first weekend have Crew Cheif Sean McClelland back on our team.After a 4th place finish in our
heat race, we had a strong 2nd place finish in our B main. Which put us starting in the back of the A
Feature.
In the A Feature we made lots of progress and ended the night with an 11th place finish, just barely
missing the top ten.
We met some great fans and had an awesome interview with the track announcer! I'd like to thank
everyone for all of their support out at Motorama!
SATURDAY MARCH 1,2008
The team made our way to Houston Raceway Park, in Houston, Texas.
This is one of my favorite places to race. Unfortuantely the past few times we had been there, we had
plenty of struggles.
We went into Saturday night feeling great from Friday, and ready for another great night.
At heat race time, the track was still stuck down, which made it hard to pass. We started in the back, but
managed to pass one car giving us a 7th place finish in our heat. In the B main we had an excellent 4th
place finish, putting us into the A main.
We started 22nd in the A main, and had a strong 10th place finish.
I would like to give a big thanks to Royal Purple, Keene Heavy Equipment, and K&N for all of their help!
We could not have had such an great weekend without everyones help!
On Saturday March 8 we will be racing at our home track Cowtown Speedway, in Kennedale, Texas. We
hope to see everyone out there, and are looking forward to another great weekend!
